Dear Management - I just wanted to express my sincere appreciation for Joanne Arsenault's help during my time of need. I noticed in the bathroom that questionaire's were available for service, but none for the rental department for which Joanne provided me with assistanace. I would appreciate if you, and especially Joanne (for whom this is meant for) is allowed to read this card. Joanne went above and beyond the call of duty. She was polite, answered my multiple questions and deserves the recognition that she derserves. She was polite, compassionate towards my situation and utmost accomidating. For all she did for me and as an individual. I want you to know (as well as she), that I appreciate, truley all she has done for me. She sets a standard of excellence and should be acknowledge for that. I know that I would rent from your agency because of her again, and have passed this on to others.
